Several years of hands-on construction experience, conducting inspections, evaluating compliance, and implementing corrective actions. Proven experience in data centers, high-tech, or comparable complex construction environments. Thorough understanding of mechanical systems Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical diagrams. Advanced knowledge of EU directives and regulationsVery good English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage. Willingness to travel within Germany as required by the project assignments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders. Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems, to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, including discrepancies, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Generate comprehensive reports summarizing inspection results and recommendations for improvement. Testing and Evaluation: Conduct functional tests and performance evaluations of mechanical systems to validate their reliability, safety, and efficiency. Utilize specialized equipment and tools as necessary to assess system functionality and performance. Compliance Assurance: Stay abreast of EU directives, regulations, and standards relevant to mechanical systems.
