You’ll work primarily with <strong>React, TypeScript and Node.js</strong>, with a stronger focus on frontend development while contributing across the full stack.</p> <p>You’ll bring strong engineering fundamentals, sound technical judgement and the ability to take ownership of features in a complex, established product environment.</p> <p>Alongside building customer-facing AI capabilities, you’ll use <strong>GenAI tools in your everyday development work</strong>. We value curiosity and a willingness to learn; your depth as a software engineer is the foundation, and we’ll support you in developing your AI skills further.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll do:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Join one of our product engineering teams and build products used by our dealer customers.</li> <li>Design, build and evolve customer-facing applications using <strong>React, TypeScript and Node.js</strong>, with a stronger focus on frontend development while contributing across the full stack.</li> <li>Take ownership of features throughout the full development lifecycle — from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment and operation.</li> <li>Work within large, established codebases and continuously improve their quality, maintainability and architecture.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Product, Design and other engineers to turn customer and business needs into pragmatic technical solutions.</li> <li>Use GenAI development tools to support activities such as coding, debugging, refactoring, testing and documentation.</li> <li>Apply sound engineering judgement when using AI-generated solutions, validating outputs and ensuring that quality, security and maintainability remain high.</li> <li>Share knowledge, contribute to technical discussions and help continuously improve engineering practices within the team.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll bring:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559685":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><strong>5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience</strong> building and operating production systems.</li> <li>Strong professional experience with <strong>React, TypeScript and Node.js</strong>.</li> <li>Strong frontend engineering experience combined with the ability and willingness to contribute across backend services when needed.</li> <li>Experience working in <strong>large, existing codebases</strong> and delivering maintainable, well-tested software.</li> <li>Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including application architecture, testing, code quality and maintainability.</li> <li>Experience taking ownership of features or technical solutions from design through production.</li> <li>Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions and clearly explain the reasoning and trade-offs behind them.</li> <li>Experience collaborating effectively with Product, Design and Engineering colleagues in cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Curiosity about <strong>GenAI and AI-assisted software development</strong>, with an interest in incorporating these tools into your everyday engineering workflow.</li> <li>A learning mindset and the ability to quickly pick up new technologies and tools.
